'Dockleaf' looks to provide wrap-around support for families and training in childcare for local adults. We aim to support families by providing a safe environment for children during those periods that are outside of the school day. The cost of this provision is kept to a minimum. 'Dockleaf' is a non-profit making initiative.

The following policies are available on request: Health and Safety, Emergency procedures, Unwell child, First Aid, Medication, Hygiene, Fire, Child Protection.

Dockleaf’ comprises:

Playgroup for 2 ½ - 3 year olds

Parent and Toddlers group for the under 2½s

Breakfast Club

After School Club

Holiday Club

NVQ Child Care Training Scheme

The Breakfast Club Co-ordinator is Mrs Denise Bell

The After School Club Co-ordinator is Mrs Rachel Nevatte

Holiday Club Co-ordinators are determined by the Registered Person via individual arrangements

Inclusion:

All aspects of 'Dockleaf are fully inclusive. A child with additional needs is welcomed ad integrated into activities taking place. Should your child require additional support the Registered person will secure this prior to admission.

CSSIW inspect all aspects of 'Dockleaf' on an annual basis. Should anyone have cause for concern or complaint regarding and aspect of our care for your child, please contact the registered person, Mr. Thorley. If you feel that your complaint has not been fairly considered then contact:
